You stopped waiting for things to get better on their own and decided to actually do something about it. That matters more than you think, and I don’t take it lightly.
Your call is in my calendar. The confirmation email has the time and the link. If it has not landed in a few minutes, check spam, then call or text me and I will resend it.
Fifteen minutes, online, from wherever you are. Nothing to prepare and nothing to buy.
You’ve been in pain, and probably for a while. You’ve tried talking it out, tried waiting it out, maybe tried ignoring it and calling that keeping the peace. And here you are anyway, still reaching for something better.
That is not weakness. That is the exact thing that changes marriages. On the call we will look honestly at what is happening, what is driving it, and what it would actually take to change. No pressure and no pitch, just a real conversation.
You’re done being in pain. Let’s make that stick.
Stephen
The confirmation email has the time, the link, and a way to move it if something comes up. Do it while you are thinking about it.
Both of you is ideal, one of you is completely fine. Plenty of couples start with the partner who is more ready, and the other joins once something has actually changed.
You do not need it organized and you do not need to make it sound reasonable. The messy version is far more useful to me than the tidy one.
If you are the partner who got talked into this, usually the husband, here is what you are walking into. Nobody is going to tell you what is wrong with you. I do not take sides, and the relationship is my client rather than either one of you. Fifteen minutes, and if it is not for you, you say so and that is the end of it.
These will help you show up with more clarity, and give you a taste of how I think about this work. Skip them entirely if you would rather just turn up.
Nobody books a call about their marriage on a whim. Whatever pushed you to do it is the most useful thing you can bring.
Need to move it? The link is in your confirmation email, or call (424) 264-2200.
