Hear Each Other — Really Hear Each Other

Most couples aren't fighting about what they think they're fighting about. The airline upgrade isn't about money. The dirty dishes aren't about chores. In these sessions we get underneath the surface conflict to the real feelings driving it. When both partners feel genuinely heard — often for the first time in years — the temperature drops immediately.
