For the couple who does not just want the fighting to stop. You want to feel chosen again. Known again. You want the marriage you thought you were building, and you have stopped believing that another round of talking about it will get you there.
Not back to the honeymoon. Better than it, because this version is built on purpose by two people who know exactly what the other one needs.
No pressure and no pitch. Every session is online, from your own couch.
Not a patch and not a truce. None of this means your marriage is over. It means you are done settling for the version of it you have been living in.
If you want to see the foundation this whole program is built on, the guide on healing resentments is free and complete.
Already sure? Cut to the chase and book the call Fifteen free minutes. I will tell you straight whether 90 days is the right commitment.
My wife and I have been together for 36 years. In 2019 we were strangers sharing a house, and I had done the responsible thing five separate times. What I had after all of it was a very good understanding of our problems and no idea how to be close to her.
What changed it was a stretch of months where I worked on it every single week, with people who would not let me off the hook, and where I stopped trying to be a better version of who I already was. What we have now is not a fairy tale. It is deep, it is real, and it is a kind of connection I did not know was available after three decades. This is the program that teaches what I actually did.
For the husbands: about a third of the men who start this arrive because their wife asked them to, and most of them tell me somewhere in month two that it turned out to be for them as much as for her. You are not being fixed. There is a specific framework here for men, about emotional safety and about showing up fully, and it is not a rebrand of the material aimed at women.
One 90 minute session every week, online by video, from your own couch. Each month has a clear job and builds on the one before it. You do not get to phase three by skipping phase one, which is exactly why most couples never get there on their own.
Resentments do not disappear when you ignore them. They go underground and start running everything. Month one brings them into the light, names where each one came from, and clears them using the REUNITE method, both partners, in turn. This is the work most couples have never done. You cannot build anything new on a cracked foundation, and this month gets the rock out of the shoe.
Most couples have never had this conversation. They have been surviving: managing conflict, managing logistics, managing the gap between them. Month two asks what you actually want this marriage to be. Not what you are settling for, what you would build if you designed it together from scratch. Alignment at that level changes how you make every decision afterwards.
Emotional safety, physical closeness, and how to stay curious instead of defensive when it gets hard. How to repair quickly when you get it wrong, because you will. Month three is where everything you have learned stops being something you practice and becomes how you are together. This is the month couples tell me they feel closer than they did on their wedding day.
Most couples start to really feel the difference in six to eight hours of work, which lands in the first month. The other two months are what makes it permanent. The Reunite Tool is a free sample of the method month one runs on.
Three workbooks, yours to keep: Healing Resentments, From Roommates to Teammates, and From Invisible to Valued.
Eighteen hours of guided work across ninety days, plus unlimited access in between. This is the whole method, in order, with nothing left out and nothing rushed.
The credit rule runs forward and it is the whole amount. Whatever you have already spent with me on a smaller program comes off this one, with no expiry and no fine print. Nobody pays twice for the same work.
“We had been in couples therapy for two years with no real progress. Three months with Stephen was different because he didn’t just help us talk about our problems, he helped us understand what was actually underneath them. Our marriage is genuinely better now than it ever was, including before kids.”
Client couple, Los AngelesThree of the four programs on this site are smaller than this one, and every dollar of them credits forward, so there is no penalty for starting somewhere else and arriving here later.
It is a lot of money and I am not going to tell you otherwise. Here is the honest arithmetic. A year of weekly couples therapy runs roughly $7,800 to $15,600. A divorce runs $15,000 to $50,000 in legal fees before anybody has divided a house. This is eighteen hours of guided work plus unlimited access to me for three months, at $4,500, or $1,500 a month if that is easier to carry.
The number that actually matters is not on that list though. It is the cost of another five years living the way things are now, and what it means to your kids to grow up watching a marriage that works. If the money is genuinely the obstacle, start with The Jumpstart at $500 or The Reset at $1,000. Both credit in full toward this, so you lose nothing by taking the smaller step first.
Most therapy I hear about spends its time on where a pattern came from. That work is real and for some people it is exactly right. This is forward facing: tools, homework, accountability, and a specific order of operations. Clear the resentments first, because nothing else holds while they are still there. Then build the vision. Then rebuild intimacy. Couples who have already done therapy often move faster here, because they arrive with the understanding and are finally being asked to do something with it.
Voice message or text between sessions, as often as you need, for the whole twelve weeks. The hard moments do not schedule themselves for Tuesday afternoons. When something blows up on a Saturday you write to me instead of sitting on it for five days and arriving at the next session with a week of damage to undo. In practice this is the feature couples say made the biggest difference.
Almost nobody starts equally committed. The program is built for both of you, including the one who has pulled back, and that partner is explicitly not the patient. What they get from the first month is less pressure, not more, and less criticism than they have felt in years. If they genuinely will not join, start with a smaller program and let them see something change before you ask for three months of their calendar.
You have a 30 day check in session built into the price, held a month after the program finishes, to see how things have settled and deal with anything that has come back. Beyond that, most couples do not need anything ongoing, which is the point. If you complete the program and do not feel a meaningful shift, I will keep working with you at no additional cost until you do.
Yes, because online is the only way I run them. Twelve weekly sessions is far easier to protect when nobody has to cross a city for it, and people are more honest in their own living room. I work with couples anywhere from Santa Monica.
Fifteen minutes. You tell me what is actually happening, I tell you honestly whether the 90 day program is the right fit or whether something smaller would serve you better right now.
